Mick replaced our hot water system for us this week, on fairly short notice, saving us about $1000 from the other quote we’d received, and got us an upgraded model. He was on time, friendly and just got to it. I worked from home and he worked for about 4 hours and didn’t need to bother me at all. I had to duck out and he finished while I was out, sending me a detailed message of what had been completed. I got back and the site was clean and no trace of discarded materials.
